Koloa Landing Receives Building Permit!
We are excited to announce that we now have our building permits in-hand. This is great news for all, especially our development team, who has been working diligently for almost two years to obtain permits. This is a huge milestone, as we will now begin vertical construction on phase one this summer.
Since our last homeowner update the construction team finished installation of the underground utilities for phase one, installed retaining walls and began off-site work that was required by the County of Kauai. The off-site work included installation of sidewalks along our property lines on Poipu and Kapili Roads and a sewer line installation down Kapili Road.
As we are now about to begin vertical construction, we thought it would be a good time to re-introduce our contractor, Resort Construction Managers. Please click here to read more about Resort Construction Managers.
